1. about viatlas experiences

Viatlas Experiences is a travel marketplace connecting international travellers with curated experiences and activities in Marrakech and across Morocco. We act as an intermediary between customers and local experience operators.

2. bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from Viatlas via email.

By placing a booking, you confirm that:

• You have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions
• All information provided is accurate and complete
• You are 18 years of age or older, or are booking with parental/guardian consent

3. pricing

All prices displayed on viatlasexperiences.com are in the currency indicated at time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Viatlas reserves the right to correct any pricing errors.

4. payment

5. cancellation & refunds

Cancellations by the customer:
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled experience: full refund
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled experience: no refund
To cancel, contact us at hello@viatlasexperiences.com with your booking reference. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Cancellations by Viatlas:
In the event of cancellation by Viatlas or the experience operator (including due to weather, safety concerns, or force majeure), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

6. Participant Responsibilities

• Arrive at the designated meeting point on time
• Follow the instructions of guides and operators at all times
• Disclose any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or mobility limitations at the time of booking
• Ensure you are physically fit to participate in the chosen experience

Viatlas and its operators reserve the right to refuse participation to any person who is deemed unfit or whose behaviour poses a risk to others.

7. health, safety & risk

Some experiences offered by Viatlas involve physical activity and inherent risk (including desert excursions, quad biking, and hot air balloon flights). By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks. We strongly recommend that all travellers hold comprehensive travel insurance that covers activity-based experiences.

8. Liability

Viatlas acts as an intermediary marketplace and is not the direct provider of experiences. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Viatlas shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from the acts or omissions of experience operators, guides, or third parties.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on viatlasexperiences.com — including text, photography, branding, and design — is the property of Viatlas Experiences and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, Morocco.

11. Changes to These Terms
